As a key member of our Event Team, we need to be able to provide you with information relating to your role within our events. We may also occasionally contact you to make you aware of other Event Team opportunities for the coming year or to return to the Event Team in future years. By creating an Event Team Zone account, you understand and agree that you are not an employee of GSi Events Ltd. An expenses fee is allocated for each Event Team Zone roles so that we are able to contribute to reasonable out-of-pocket expenses (travel, food, clothing for preparatory meetings and the event day) for your involvement in the event, it is not payment or a salary. It is your responsibility to report to HMRC if these expenses fees are over and above expenses incurred for your involvement in the event and could be classed as additional income.
